I am a trained therapist, being a Master Practitioner in NLP – Neuro Linguistic Programming, (including Timelines), and Hypnotherapy, combined with EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique, and TTouch which is a gentle, energising, balancing and transforming touch therapy.

I am a certified member of the Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming set up as a quality control measure by Dr Richard Bandler, the creator of NLP. I am also a certified member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy (BIH) - one of the longest established associations of hypnotherapists, committed to the highest standards of ethical practice and professional competence. The BIH is a member of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council, also a member of the UK Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations(OKCHO), a national umbrella confederation.
